Quazi Nizamuddin is the Founder and Chairman of Youth Club of America, a national nonprofit dedicated to building addiction-free youth and developing strong future leaders. His work is rooted in compassion, structure, and a lifelong commitment to helping young people create healthier, more stable futures.

Quazi has over 25 years of leadership experience, including a distinguished career as a Senior Leader in the wireless industry, where he led high-performing teams at T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Verizon Business. His ability to build strong teams and drive results plays a major role in how he guides and expands YCA’s programs.

Quazi is a Certified Professional Life CoachCertified in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and holds a Professional Diploma in Addictions, Substance Abuse & Mental Health Treatment. He brings years of hands-on experience helping individuals overcome substance-related struggles, emotional challenges, and life setbacks. His practical strategies and empathetic guidance empower clients to break negative cycles and build substance-free, purpose-driven lives.

Under his leadership, YCA has supported hundreds of youth through sobriety coaching, academic mentoring, mental wellness programs, sports leadership development, and early intervention services. Quazi collaborates closely with families, educators, coaches, and community partners to ensure every young person receives the guidance and structure they need to succeed.
